Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Ideal State, LLC (“Ideal State”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on idealstate.co (the “Website”), and the choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Statement.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits — can store or read information in your browser in comparable ways. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and to understand how a site is used.
How we use them
Ideal State does not set any cookies of its own. For analytics we use Plausible, which does not use cookies — see Analytics below. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of your activity across other websites.
Some features of the Website are provided by third parties, and those services may set their own cookies or use similar storage when they load. We describe them below. Each third party processes the data it collects under its own privacy and cookie policies.
Third-party services that may set cookies
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Website is used — for example, which pages are viewed and where visitors arrive from. Plausible is designed to respect privacy: it does not use cookies or other persistent identifiers, does not store your IP address, and does not track you across other websites or build a profile of you. Because it sets no cookies and collects no personal data, it does not require your consent. Analytics data is processed in the European Union on Plausible Cloud. You can read more in Plausible’s data policy ↗.
Managing cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
- In the widgets themselves. The Calendly scheduler shows its own cookie banner, and the AI avatar assistant asks for your consent before any conversation begins.
- In your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and warn you before new ones are set. Doing so may affect how some features work.
- By not using the optional features. If you do not open the scheduler or start a conversation with the assistant, those services will not set their cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the services we use change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
