Laura Schuck

Laura is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive experience in KM, grants management, and training development and delivery. With a passion for organizational transformation and workplace culture, she brings a human-centered, solution-oriented attitude to her work with Ideal State's clients.

Prior to joining Ideal State, Laura led several technology-driven business process improvement projects as a grants and contracts manager at international NGOs including Pact and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. She is a certified Project Management for Development Professional – Level II and has a B.A. in International Studies from American University.

Laura currently lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband and two kids. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, knitting hats that are either too small or too big, and undertaking seemingly endless home renovation projects.
